Full Treasury provides cooking classes, culinary experiences, and related services. When you book a service with us, you agree to:

Booking and Payment

When you book a service through our website:

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified
• Prices include GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking up to 3 days before the scheduled service, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may not be accommodated.

Participant Conduct

Participants in our services are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines
• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or unsafely.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, and instructional materials, is the property of Full Treasury or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties regarding the outcomes of our services
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or as a result of our services, except where caused by our negligence
• Participants assume all risks associated with cooking activities

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in our services. We take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but participants are responsible for their own safety.

Photography and Recording

We may take photographs or videos during our services for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording and its use in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
